1. Introduction

These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Nūvai AB, company reg. no. 559583-6171, with its registered office in Malmö (“Nūvai”, “we”, “us”). By using our website, booking an assessment or receiving our treatments, you accept these Terms.

The Terms constitute an agreement between you and Nūvai. Please read them carefully. If you do not accept the Terms, you should not use our services.

2. About our services

Nūvai is a private care provider registered with the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO). We offer assessment, psychotherapy and augmented precision therapy in accordance with the Health and Medical Services Act and the regulations of the National Board of Health and Welfare.

Information on the website is of a general nature and does not constitute medical advice. Individual care always takes place after a clinical assessment by licensed staff.

3. Booking and payment

Bookings are made via our digital portal or after contacting the clinic. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor including any VAT and are shown in the price list at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the booked appointment. In the event of late cancellation or a missed appointment, the full fee is charged according to the applicable price list.

4. Your responsibility as a patient

In order for us to provide you with safe and meaningful care, it is important that you provide accurate information about your health, any medication and previous treatments. You also need to give informed consent so that we can validate your information in previous care documentation.

You are responsible for following the instructions you receive before, during and after treatment, and for contacting us if there are changes in your wellbeing.

7. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always published on our website. Material changes are communicated in advance via our portal or by email.
